One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in Africa for 6 months really changed me for the better.

Teach, Learn, Share

Most of the time our mood is actually a choice. We can choose not to think about things that we have no control over and that bring us anxiety. Choose to focus on the positive and cut out the things in life that are not. It's always a good start.
