I went to the biggest festivals in Germany and collected the beer cans to give them back to supermarket to get the deposit. I have done this very efficiently, earning almost all my budget I needed for my first trip to New Zealand. I would say I am the most efficient beer-can-collecter of Germany and maybe in the world.
