ABOUT ME
I grew up in Santa Cruz, Ca. I moved to Portland in 2009 to attend Oregon Institute of Technology where they have the first bachelors degree in Renewable Energy Engineering in North America. I just moved to Seattle for a new job in early 2012. I love the Northwest and I'm excited to explore Seattle.
I'm outgoing, I like meeting new people and learning about their lives.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I recently got back from a month long trip to Africa. I was volunteering with a group of engineering students from my school installing solar panels on schools and medical clinics in rural Tanzanian villages. It was an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back.
In 2004 I bought a cab-over camper for my toyota pickup and took a 3 month road trip across the US. It was amazing to see just how big this country really is and to still feel like there is more I could have seen. 3 months is just not long enough to see the whole country apparently. Some of my favorite places were:
Yellowstone
White Sands, NM
Moab, UT
Niagra Falls
New York City
Carlsbad Caverns, NM
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to practice my Spanish, I used to be close to being fluent and then haven't really spoke much in the past few years and I'm starting to forget a lot.
I'm studying Renewable Energy Engineering which is a mix of electrical and mechanical engineering. So, in case you have an engineering problem you've been dying to get answered, I can help.
