ABOUT ME

My favorite way to spend time is around a table with a bunch of good friends, food, and drink. I enjoy cooking and I brew my own beer. Currently brewing a wit and a concord wine from the garden.

Planning to take a 200 hour Yoga teacher training at Yoga North, in Duluth, MN this fall and also a farm beginnings program in Esko.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I had the privileged of spending a night in Bundipur, Nepal. It is a little hilltop village that in the early morning is surrounded in mist and looks like an island. In the distance you can see the sun slowly rise over the Himalayas.
