I am a writer based out of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh and currently I'm working on a book amongst other things. I have also dabbled in advertising before and have quite a flair for the arts and people. An engineering graduate by education and an eternal tourist, I enjoy nature and the mundane with quite the same love and just like spending my time the way it goes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet with interesting people on my travels who will be kind enough to help me find a shelter and shell a kind word in a strange land. I think the world by default is a good place and I'm open to new experiences my meeting new people and escaping the general fleecing involved in the tourism industry.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
Electronic, synthpop, industrial rock, classic rock, psychedelic and anything with a tempo on the higher side.

Movies:
World Cinema. A huge movie buff really, you have to poke me around to know more, a short sentence would do no justice.

Books:
Anything by David Foster Wallace, Don Delillo with favorites being The Laughing Policeman and White Noise. Again, such a general question wouldn't do much justice as I read quite a bit, ranging from the macabre to philosophy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For a period of a year, I have walked on almost every street of Hyderabad in the nights, exploring pockets of the city less explored and finding beautiful places to just stay afloat and enjoy the view.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm not so sure what this question means, but what would I teach, learn and share? I will perhaps learn a lot more than I would teach as the materials for my writing (which is just a physical extension of my observation skills) are just about everywhere in each person and each living moment. I will perhaps share my learnings and wouldn't that amount to teaching? Figure it out!

What I Can Share with Hosts
