ABOUT ME

Hey! It's Pawel here. I like travelling as much as it is possible by time. Already travelled throughout Belgium, the UK, and Italy meeting CS people!!

I enjoy new places even if it is this street around the corner that I never rode on my bike.
Visiting very touristy places - why not? it's not disgrace ;)

As my studies included spending copious amounts of time in front of a computer I'm used to reading a lot. Be it ebooks, blogs, articles, howto's, tutorials and news from around the world.

My mission apart from "never stop learning" is to build a fun and helpful web project which I'm currently doing.

I like movies that tell good story, no matter what
story it is. Great photography, acting and directing
also never hurt.
I'm never tired of watching "The fugitive", great storytelling.
I like the style of Guy Ritchie so "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barells" and "Snatch" are also one of my favuorites ...and.. :D .. "This Is Spinal Tap" :).
I find many Polanski's movies masterpieces (like "The Pianist"), also like what Fincher (recent: "House of Cards") or Tarantino do.
I like reading biographies and IT books, books written by journalists or politicians and stuff that happened in real life.
Music - now I'm into light, rhtymic music. When I had long hair (that was high school) I would listen to Pantera, Opeth and all that heavy metal stuff, fast pace and perfect solos. Sometimes I just like something that is on the radio.

Seen solar eclipse in Hungary. The shadow moving over the Balaton was great.

Spent amazing time in India with my friends (on their wedding and not only there) :).

Shared a bowl instant noodle soup in the crater of Eyjafjallajökull with a friend of mine waiting for the fog to go away.

Spent two months travelling in Spain, a month in Canary Islands!
