Life is what you make of it. I like to think I'm a jack of all trades but I still have a lot to learn. I'm a fairly active guy and enjoy sports that get the body moving like soccer and tennis. I'll go out to bars and clubs, concerts and shows but the great outdoors are where I'm most at home. I love to try new things and meet new people.

I've been travelling on and off for the past year around South and Central America, India, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. I'm wrapping up my travels with 3 months in Central Europe. I'm hoping to meet local people and try local food in the countries I visit and hoping to pick up a thing or two about some of the cultural differences between these countries.

I have been fortunate enough to travel both alone and with friends, with family, with my girlfriend and with fellow backpackers I met along the way. I have traveled by bus, train, boat, scooter, rideshare, roadtripping and hitchhiking. I've also experienced staying at hostels, with friends, couchsurfing and free camping!

*** I travel with a tent, sleeping bag, mat and towel so I don't need much in terms of accommodation from my host! ***

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm hoping to gain travel experience and earn new stories, to meet interesting people of different backgrounds and to share stories, beliefs and knowledge.
When I find a place to settle for a bit, I'd love to open my doors to others.
I am still new to the couch surfing experience and hoping to finally start using these amazing travelling and cultural resource in my travels around Europe.

Interests

I'm a bit of a health and exercise nut, so I can take people on exciting hiking adventures, I'm bilingual in Polish and English and can share stories on my experience growing up in Canada and travelling around the world this past year.
I'm also a decent cook and enjoy cooking together with other people.
