About Me

Hi friends,
I am a mature yet fun and easy going female travelling around South and Central America.
I was born in Chile yet grew up in Sydney. Travelling for 5 months to get back in touch with my culture. I am also a vegan, love all animals and enjoy cooking!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe meeting local people is the best way to truly experience a culture which is very important to me. As a counsellor I am genuinely fascinated in listening to People stories and I hope to meet some amazing people on my journey.

Interests

Natural medicine, Live music, (would love to check out some live music as much as possible) photography, arts and culture. Snorkeling and anything marine life related. Musuems, history, politics and human rights. Conservation, gardening and being out in nature! I also wnjoy dancing salsa, bachata and samba (but im also pretty shy and will probably embarrass anyone im with).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all types of types of music but tend to lean more towards reggae, blues and roots and folk.
I enjoy most movies and most books especially biographies and non fiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding in Nepal and evening prayers on the Ganges has been on the highlights of my travels. Paragliding because I was so terrified and literally thought I would die and the Ganges because it was a dream come true.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would be more than happy to cook a vegan meal with hosts. Teach some spanish or a few other languages that I know. I also love children and would be happy to be hosted with a family. I also know a fair bit about other cultures especially due to the work i do which tends to facsinate most people.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, India, Indonesia, Nepal, New Zealand, Peru

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Chile
