About Me

Paz, 26, from Israel. I conisder myself a pretty friendly guy who gets along with people. I really like meeting new people from all over the world and hear their thoughts and experiences. I belive any encounter with someone new leaves me with something I'll take along, weather it's a different point of view about all sorts of stuff, or just some cool experience to remember. Sometimes it could be life-changing, and sometimes just some funny story to tell. Either way, it always ends up great :)

I like to meet people that are into deep philosophical conversations, but also like being active. Usually I like to just chill and get to know people, but it's always fun to go out and do something crazy.

Back home I'm a student. Currently during my 2nd year in Med school. Also working part time as a teacher.

Usually when I have free time I spend it with friends just hanging around in someone's house or in a bar. But I also like playing music, working out and when I can I love to go scuba diving.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live. Big believer of Liberalism. Every one of us is a different individual, with different views and prespectives. We should always listen to what the other side has to say and think how their point is relevant to us, but at the same time try and explain our point of view to the other side. As I mentioned, I love a good philosophical conversation, mostly with people who think different than me. All this should be done respectfully, with good vibes and preferably with some vodka on the side.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've actually never couchsurfed before. I think it's a cool way to get to know the local community of the place you visit, and I guess most people on CS are friendly, open-minded people since they're letting people into their homes. These are the kind of people I like to meet. Plus, It's a way to save that extra buck and extend my travelling.

Interests

Travelling is a pretty obvious one since I'm here haha... Die hard Man Utd fan 😎

Music, Movies, and Books

Lately I really got into Rap and Hip Hop, but I always enjoy listening to classic Rock n Roll.
Favorite movie must be Interstellar, and anything by Tarantino.
Hugh Game of Thrones and Rick and Morty fan!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled for almost 6 months across South America.
This trip made me feel so good about myself, that I even overcame for a moment my fear of heights, and managed to jump off a cliff in Rio de Janeiro and skydive above it. That was one of the best experiences of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Hebrew. I carry around a Rubix cube that I can teach you how to solve in a few simple steps. If you have a set of drums by any chance I can show you some funky beats, or we could jam together if you play another instrument.

I want to learn anything you have to offer.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I cook some pretty decent food. Plus I come with Tahini straight from the Holy Land! To give you this extra oriental taste ;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, England, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Peru, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
