Hi ! I'm a young boy of 24 years old.

I've studied physical therapy in Granada (Spain), I love sports (mostly climbing and hiking), nature, music and poker.

I did my erasmus in Italy, I've worked in France and now I'm just trying to keep some time in Edinburgh!

Music, Movies, and Books

I use to listen different styles of music, depends on the time of the day and my mood: Spanish and 90's american rap, reggae, Lo-Fi, electro swing...

Some of my favourites films are: city of god, lucky number slevin, into the wild, tarantino's one, LOTR, interstellar, coherence... Also good documentaries and cartoon comedy series (Simpsons, Rick & Morty, South Park...)

As young I used to read more sci-fci books, now I mostly read academic books (evolution, biology, nutrition, neuropsychology...) but also enjoying ocasionally a good narrative book (especially oriental stories, like sidhartra or samurai's histories)

I love health, lifestyle and influencing habits of our life (as exercise, diet or stress), and how the modern life disrupt them. Also as a physiotherapist I can show you some tips to improve your health and mood :)
