Make it until fall without a "real" job, but see the world at the same time! Hmm.

ABOUT ME

I'm recovering from too much time in the Midwest, USA. Hanging out on the West Coast of the states now, but not quite sure where I'll end up. My truck seems to sputter and spit when I head east, so it seems I'm here to stay near the ocean.

I'm a technical kind-of-guy, with a strong interest in how things work, from bugs to Boeings. Arts and entertainment, yeah, they don't scare me..but if you give me a car to dismantle, or a contraption to build, I'll be much happier.

Biology is the name of the game now. Deciding (update: starting this Fall at the U of O in Eugene!) on which Grad. school I'll be spending the next 5 years at. Can't wait to get started! Traveling is great, but it's time to get the cerebral gears running again: gotta make my contribution to human knowledge.

I'm still exploring out west here, look me up if you're in the neighborhood and we'll explore together, and if I have one, you can stay on the couch! (Oh yeah, there's a comfy bed in the back of my pickup-truck too!)

I surf a lot, but not yet through this site. I'll do my best to give a place to stay when you're in my area. Pitch in and we'll make a great meal. Pitch in for gas and we'll take a trip somewhere neat. So much to see and do, so little time. What're you waiting for?

Lots, but not through CouchSurfing.com. Best travels are the ones where you've got a place to stay, a local connection, and someone to eat dinner with.
