ABOUT ME

I love music, I love to write, sing, play guitar.. I am often found playing guitar, I love to discuss anything and everything and nothing. I also love to cook, I think good meals bring people together.

At the moment I am spending most of my time with a residency (singing/ playing) at a couple of Bars in Dundee, Pitlochry, Carnoustie, St Andrews... I try to write and yeah I work full time for a regulatory body.

I'm married to the Beautiful Frances who is a wonderful person!
She works in a nearby town and knows lots more about Dundee than I do (even how to understand the locals).

PHILOSOPHY

Live and Breathe (though I am not suggesting that the two are exclusive), whilst doing so make beautiful music, write beautiful words, meet wonderful people...

While I am quite busy I'm definitely able to host people if I'm free or at least show people around or meet for coffee.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfed a few times now and definitely encourage anyone to try it. My experiences have been nothing but positive.

Music; (Acoustic Singer Songwriter in a duo/ I love to play Guitar, Sing, Harmonica, African Drum, Bongos Piano (badly :P) a little bass. Recording and mastering. Literature; Writing; (finished book 1 year ago, but, the eternal pedant, I feel obliged to make it perfect whilst also working on my second book), Life, Psychology; Studied for a few years at university, History, Politics; my MA was in politics and international relations. I've also got a CIPD in Human Resources.

Anything by Paulo Coelho, Douglas Adams, Pete mccarthy, you can't knock William Shakespear. I enjoy reading books on politics, history and psychology too. And some of Louis de berniers occasionally.

Climbing a Himalayan Mountain in India... (Theres many more but again, you'd have to meet me to find out). Also getting married!

I am a qualified TEFL teacher. I also know a bit about psychology, alot about History and Politics... Though if you want to learn anything from me I guess I can also teach Singing and or Guitar...
