ABOUT ME

For the last two years, I have been living in Europe trying to break the bad habit of disembodiment brought on by 23 years stuffing my mind full of a Western education and neglecting my body & soul.

I have been exploring dance, dance therapy, energy healing, contact improvisation, organic farming, herbalism and this new-found path has me happier, healthier and more grounded than ever.

I love to share my experiences with others & I am keen to practice bodywork & energy healing to those adventurous souls who are interested.

Sort of changed a lot since the above was written.
I am a frolicker in fields, a smeller of flowers, a splasher of salmon-filled coolwater streams.

My joys are small. I love learning from people. There are so many ways of being on this planet and I love every one of them.
Teach me a new swimming stroke and I will show you how nice the dewy morning grass feels on bare feet.

Right now I am floating, so no couch to offer. But hopefully sometime soon I will have one available!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted and been hosted and each time is a unique, beautiful experience. A fellow named Joan took me and my ex along the costa brava in a motorhome...doesn't get much better than that...oh yeah and stayed in an old castle at romans-sur-isere en France.

Giraffes on the side of the road. Swimming naked in any body of water I can find. Birds. Old growth forests. Kites! Mary Poppins. Faerie sanctuaries. Double rainbows.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I would so like to jam (musically) with folks that I meet through CS. Cook together. Eat together. Go for slow adventures in the neighbourhood. It doesn't take much to make me happy!
