I'm from the east of Bavaria very close to the Czech boarder and at the moment I'm studying mechanical engineering at the technical university of Dresden. Before that and after school I went to Canada with a work and travel visa where I had one of the best times of my life. Since then not staying in one place for a too long time is really important to me. It is a great thing to have a good conversation with people from all over the world, sharing opinions and opening up your mind. I guess that's what couchsurfing basically is about.

兴趣

Of course my greatest interest and passion is traveling. I guess the saying that traveling is the only way of spending money that makes you richer really applies.
Another great interest which matches very good with the first one is photography. I also work part time as a promoter for Sony cameras. So if you brought a very big camera for traveling and you don't know what all that buttons and numbers and stuff is about I can tell you.
And also I'm really interested in every kind of outdoor sports like mountain biking, hiking, climbing or whatever. What I also can recommend in the area around Dresden is "boofen" which basically means sleeping under the stars on a very nice rock in the Saxon Switzerland.

Movies: Me and my flatmates are watching a lot of movies so we're all experts so everybody's invited for a good movie night and some beers. My favorite movies are classics like the Godfather or the good, the bad and the ugly. And of course Game of Thrones! So if you're traveling around Germany and you're very sad because the new episode is out and you don't have a computer or something just come to my place!

Music: My favorite kind of music is electronic and minimal stuff. So I'm in for any kind of party, club or festival about that. I also like oldschool hiphop music and classic rock from the 60s.

Books: I really like to talk about good books and I'm happy about every recommendation!

Whatever they're up to. When I have to work the next day or be at university quite early maybe just a tour through the city, some pub or hanging out at my place but when I'm free I'm also in for any kind of party.
