Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In June of 2009 I took off on a bicycle trip from Alaska to Argentina and finished in March of 2011. I met lots of great people along the way, including over a dozen different CouchSurfing hosts. Since finishing my bike trip, I have been able to host some cyclists and other travelers.

It has been some time since I've hosted on CouchSurfing. My boyfriend and I live in NE Portland and are hoping to start receiving visitors again. We're particularly interested in hosting cyclists and international travellers. We are both involved in various art communities here in Portland and hope that your visit overlaps with some sort of event so you can experience some of the incredible creativity this city has to offer. If it is warm enough out we can hopefully take you to go swim in the river.
