ABOUT ME

I am currently a university student living in Rennes, France to study french for the semester. That is some boring info, but I tell more all about me in the questions below.

PHILOSOPHY

Si on veut on peut, si on peut on doit? This is a hard question, but I will be willing to talk about it for hours with anyone who wants to. Maybe that is my philosophy: always be willing to talk about and change your philosophy. Or is that a pseudo-philosophy?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a surfer right now and not a host because I have no real house of my own. But when my life becomes less interesting and I settle down more I hope that I can welcome interesting people from around the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with some very nice people in Bordeaux and I hope I have many more experiences that await me.

兴趣

Music: I play the double bass in an orchestra and I play around with the guitar and the ukulele (which I will probably bring wherever I go). Photography: I have fallen in love with taking photos here in france. Please view my photos if you want to. I am in every one just behind the camera. Literature. Philosophy. Religion: with a very open mind (my parents are both Lutheran pastors). Psychology. If someone can show why they are excited or passionate about something I will be interested in it

To hard to list, so I will just say that I am reading Harry Potter in french right now to learn and I am rediscovering my childhood at the same time. Different books and movies are special because of what they are and also sometimes when and how they arrive in our lives and in front of our eyes.

I saw the guy with the mullet and the hat who presents for Morning Star, a french music T.V. show, in the Metro in Paris.
