ABOUT ME

Lived in the US and China before university in London, I like travel and music and Taoism - and books. Started DJing a few years ago, mainly Big Beat and Psy Trance so far but getting sucked into the epic soundscapes controllerism side too. I like exploring generally - places, materials, trees - but all the best experiences happen with people.

PHILOSOPHY

To search out the secrets of the universe (only secret because they're hard to listen for and to know and by definition obscure) and make my way by this special kind of active attention. So far, through persistent repetition, deviation, study and accident, I have stumbled upon maybe five or six of these secrets of the universe. When I am not careless these secrets let me to see with humility and contentment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Several happy couchsurfer's have stayed with us in Camden, I'm really pleased at how compelling cs-ers always seem to be, how relaxed and applied to life.

Had a few very positive experiences surfing in Europe - Budapest, Berlin and Istanbul were magical places with those hosts -- couchsurfing is probably my favourite thing about the internet.
