Hi - I am a 27 years old PhD student in Neurosciences at Western University in Canada. I consider myself as an open-minded person with no problem to deal with any kind of people since they are educated.
I particularly like to travel alone and meet people during the journey. I don't plan! The best trips are the ones where things happen spontaneously!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started my Couchsurfing profile in 2015, but by that time I didn't really engaged in the community. Recently, I made a trip to Brazil and got in touch with a huge community of people that use Couchsurfing regularly. They reminded me about the possibilities of this community and how we can all benefit from it. Since then, I'm giving it another try!

Interests

I'm mostly interested in science! Right now I'm researching the intersection between drugs (mostly cannabis) and schizophrenia.

Other than that, I love to get in contact with people from different cultures. Oftentimes, in these opportunities, the cultural shock allows me to question some beliefs that I considered to be absolute. Have you ever experienced that?
