ABOUT ME

I am born in Paraguay but my family is Brazilian.. Also American. I am Friendly, selfless, and a great cook. Very social, open, and appreciative of different cultures and personalities.

Interests

My biggest passion is food- eating it as well as preparing it. I also love being by the beach, and I love playing soccer. I've been moving frequently my whole life, and now have difficulties staying anywhere more than 1 year. I'm becoming a nomad.. and loving it. I finished university and have since been focusing on my culinary experience by doing intern ships in Japan, and working in Montreal.Besides that my time is spent with friends, doing as many outdoor activities as possible, and a plenty of social drinking.

I am everywhere with music.. I love Discovering new artists and depending on my mood this can be rock, hip hop, blues, blue grass, house, techno, SAMBA, bossa, jazz.........

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have a hard time picking specific moments, but these moments have ranged from a meal to a conversation, to a simply beautiful landscape. I wish my brain mad these memories as easily accessible as my portable hard-drive does my music and pictures.
