My name is Pedro, a Brazilian 21 years old guy. I currently live in Portugal while I am doing an Erasmus until August at the University of Aveiro, where I study Biology. I was always passionate about animals and nature, so biology was always what I wanted for my life.

I am also passionate about traveling, meeting new people and places, and I want to enjoy my time here in Europe to do that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm planning to visit Italy and South France in July (7-18) with my friend Regina, a Brazilian 21 years old girl who is also living in Portugal. We are pretty animated about the idea of doing this trip as a cultural and personal growth experience for both of us. With that we think Couchsurfing is the best way to achieve those things, with the additional fact that we can also make good friendships with that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most incredible thing I did was work volunteering with turtles in a conservationist project for one month in Brazil. It was amazing to see little turtles coming out of the sand and heading to the beach. We also did a lot of educational jobs with the local community and I made a lot of new friends as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my language (Portuguese is quite nice!), my Brazilian culture (I love my country and I love to talk about it), and good conversations (specially if the topic is Pokemon)
