ABOUT ME

I have used CS for sometime now with my first experience being in Germany. Since then I have traveled more in Europe with CS and hosted people in Scotland - with all positive experiences. I travel in Europe when I can and would hope to travel more of Latin America at some point.

I live in Scotland at the moment and work in the environmental sector. I have been working on climate change for the past 4 years and probably for the rest of my time as well. :) I think meeting new people is as fun as new places. Hopefully I can do both with CS.

My last host said I should include this to make my profile more attractive haha - "I make potato scones to people! Plus, I do the washing up"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't get to travel as often as I like but host when I can. If I am ever on my travels i try and use CS rather than any other way of staying in a country as it is always great to meet people from the area to get to know it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Meeting great people everywhere. First experience was in Bonn and I still have contact with my host. :)
Carnival in Rio...
And hosted some amazing people in Glasgow.
CS is the best way to learn about a place and also a really rewarding way to show others my own city if they want.

兴趣

I spent a lot of time on my work and volunteering with the sector which I enjoy.

I love to go out and have a big interest in sports. Hopefully i can do both of these in my travels.

The last two places I visited were Paris and South Africa. Cape Town was one of my favourite cities - so much to see.

I spent some time in Colombia and Venezuela which was a great experience.
