My mission is to discover the beauty in the world, the poetry hidden beneath and in appearances, the misteries of the human heart and what some have called, "the natural state"

ABOUT ME

Calm and friendly, I like soft music, reading, yoga and meditation. Good friends are a treasure and no experience is valuable unless you can share it with a good friend. Love to spend time knowing people, sharing with them, better if they are interested in finding a meaning to existence, enjoying the beauty of the world, and small pleasures, like good food or nice landscapes.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to know myself and this is the way to understand or feel nature and others. We all share the same essence, and in essence we are all pure and compassionate creatures in search for love and wisdom. Beauty, contemplation, spiritual and artistic expressions are the manifestation of the positive feelings of man, through them we can see deeper in our own self, and live, in turn, beautiful and contemplative lives as loving, compassionate and wise beings.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ancient and oriental philosophy and poetry. Actually: Thomas Mann's Magic Mountain, poetry of Walt Whitman, T.S. Eliot, Borges, and Haiku. "Eternal sunshine of a spotless mind" is one of my favorites; also like the movies of Akira Kurosawa, movies such as "Baraka", and many more.
Love Jazz, "Kind of Blue" is one of my favorite records. Love Bill Evans, Chet Baker. Also like good rock music: Lou Reed, Bob Dylan,Eduard Cohen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hyking the peruvian mountains of Huaraz for ten days.
