About Me
CURRENT MISSION
try to figure out how I could be useful on this planet
ABOUT ME
I think I am a rather open-minded and good-humored person though a bit discrete, simple, easy-going and... I think that's about it...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I live in a small appartment near Paris and it's difficult for me to decently host anybody as there is only a 1.50 m long Moroccan couch in my living-room! But... if you have your own sleeping bag and if you don't mind these conditions, I would host you with pleasure! Besides, I'd be very happy to spend some time with you (mainly on week-ends or evenings) if you want to come over to practise your French and visit Paris. I can give you some tips on what to do and to see, depending on what you prefer : shopping, restaurants, cafes, museums, visits, landmarks, music ... just ask me!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My aim is to meet nice people and exchange views on various topics. I am NOT AT ALL interested in flirting.
Interests
I like sharing good times (restaurants, walks, movies, shows) with my friends (who are a second family!), discovering new cultures, travelling and keeping travelling. I enjoy continuously discovering Paris, I love languages (my job). I'm concerned with indigenous rights, environment conservation. If I had several lives, I'd love to be a dancer (egyptian raq sharki, salsa), a cook and an ethnologist... But I have only one so I'm hurrying up!

Music, Movies, and Books
movies: some Woody Allen and Hitchcock movies, thrillers, biopics, but mostly movies sending a message like Lords of War, the English gardener, Persepolis, Slumdog millionnaire...very serious topics!
theater: comedies (very funny topics, for a change)
music: ethnic music, dance
I'm trying to read novels in English, Spanish and Italian and I'm interested in psychology.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a few days in a Massai community when I was in Tanzania with a humanitarian foundation. Obviously, we could hardly exchange a few words. At one point, a girl lent me two of her rectangular pieces of cloth and her sandals to wear them for fun. I ended up in the centre of the village wearing the ladies' traditional jewels and their huge pearl celebration necklaces and I had to perform their traditional dance with them on!
Teach, Learn, Share
Any exchange with somebody new is an opportunity to learn and to improve oneself
