Hi, my name is Pemi, currently a student studying Computer Science in Los Angles. I'm a friendly person who loves to meet new people from different cultures and immerse in craziest experience ever. My interests include photography, design, politics, music, films, cooking and many other things that you guys might find we can have a lot of common with.

I have been to numerous countries, and always want to go to more. For each country I visited, I always learn something new and interesting that I did not know before.

I love traveling. I founded a traveling project after high school that allowed young students to partake in culturally immersive experiences, which helped them leverage their leadership potential and become more open-minded.

I want to be open-minded about other cultures and make friends along the way. Ever since going to the United States from Vietnam, I have gone out of my comfort zone to appreciate the wonderful world around me. My traveling experiences have made me a much more mature person.

兴趣

I love cooking and exploring a variety of food, such as Mexican, Asian, Italian, etc. Food is always in my veins. I care not only about the ingredients, but also about the stories behind each dish.

My music taste is limited to rock bands which have political meanings like Green Day, Muse, OneRepublic, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, U2, etc.

Movies kind of diverse. I have to stop watching for a while given limited amount of time. But favorites are Room, Silence of the Lambs, The Dark Knight, Pulp Fiction, The Heart Locker, etc.

I travelled across Vietnam for 2 weeks on a motorcycle. The trip was spontaneous, and I faced lots of obstacles along the way. However, I managed to complete the trip and enjoyed the youthful ride.

I can cook for you and join you on awesome hiking trips. Cooking is a way for me to share my gratitude with the hosts. I realize everyone is passionate about food to some extent, so my cooking is my way of connecting people together.
