ABOUT ME

I have a real joy for life and a love of the Now Moment. As a global citizen, I am not interested in what divides us; I am fascinated by what we share in common and the diversity in how we express it. Love good conversation and along with great food and a wonderful glass of wine, it's even better. I am really happiest when I am out in Nature, whether it is exploring mountains and rivers or walking the pulse of a new city's adventure. I have a gypsy heart that I am becoming best friends with at last.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love being a part of this community. My first experience was surfing and I was so touched by how I was taken into their family, welcomed, and made so comfortable there. Since then, I have hosted numerous surfers from around the globe. Having the world's family flow through your home, getting to meet and share with these wonderful travelers and making instant friends has been a beautiful gift to me! Couchsurfing draws some of the most amazing people I have met.

Giving birth to 5 amazing beings is at the top of my list! Standing under the falls on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls was a moment of revelation, Walking the labyrinth inside Chartres Cathedral in France was a profound and sublime experience; flying through the Grand Canyon in the co-pilot seat of a small plane was awesome; having a deer bed down just yards from my tent and then wake up in the morning and walk over to me and past me, within just a foot or two as she left was incredible.
