I am a man, 60 years old - happy and like life - love to smile and laugh and I think I have a very good humor.
I am interested in spirituality, a good life, freedom, and to do what I really want, and do it when I want – light and easy
– I try to live life as easy as possible, remember to stop sometimes, feel myself, and then again do what I want – NOT what I think I need to do, have to do – but just WHAT I LIKE TO DO.
Then I am more happy, not so much headache, more nice flow in my body and when I am in that flow – life is easy

I have the chance to travel – make holiday in 3 – 4 weeks and I think to go to Kreta / Crete in Greece, meet nice people and have fun in the good way, hopeful full of easy going people, who want positive things in their lives
– some maybe are interested in yoga, some in meditation – others in spirituality and others just to live life like me, and meet life as it is
– but always look after what you want to see and meet, and not look at what you NOT want – that’s my philosophy

went to India when I was 25 years old - and was there in 4½ month - meditation, yoga and therapy - that was the biggest inner cleansing ever

What I Can Share with Hosts

Happy life - and explore Copenhagen and the beautiful nature around Farum – the very nice village I am living in, 20 km north of city copenhagen – we have forest, lakes and everything around us here, half village and half on the country side. Just around the corner, we have cows, horses, ducks, swans and a lot of other animal and about 18000 nice people in town
