ABOUT ME

I am a very diverse person (finger painting and quantum physics anyone?).

I am and will always be a child.

A child’s eye, heart, and enthusiasm combined with an adult’s intellect and wisdom should be every enlighten seekers goal.

Life is complicated and so am I. But at the end of the day a sunset is the prettiest thing going and when it is reflected in your eyes it is magic.

PHILOSOPHY

Do no harm. Trust the omens. All is perfect.

Something special is happening in the world. We will end in one of two places; totally destroyed or liberated(I am not sure there is a difference!). I am excited for either possibility.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

By the time I made it to the end of the strip the snow had really started to accumulate; the wind had also picked up and I started to worry about the rest of my walk. Just around that time a car pulled off the road right next to me.

“Do you need a ride?” came a voice inside the car.

“Yes” I said, grateful the universe provided another option to my walk. After I thanked her for the warm ride, she asked where I was going this late and in this weather. I told the pretty girl that I was staying with my uncle who lived a couple miles down the road. She headed that way and again I thanked her for the ride.

I asked if she normally picked up random strangers late at night off the side of the road. She responded that she did not normally but she had signed up for couch surfing a while back and she had been encouraged by the positive experiences she had had with her couch surfers.

When she learned that I would rather stay with her than with my uncle (which was not great revelation), she took me to her town home.

It was late on Sunday so everyone was in bed when we arrived. She gave me a pillow and blanket, showed me the bathroom and retired to her room.

I decided to join the site so that I can meet others like this wonderful person. In a world such as ours connection is going to be our savior and this is a great place.

I was in Rome when Italy won the world cup in 2006. The coin I use to make my decisions I acquired out of the Trevi Fountain after they won and we were in the fountain celebrating.
