Music, Movies, and Books

I tend like songs that have violins in them, but am willing to make exceptions. Damien Rice, Mumford & Sons, and Sigur Rós have the highest play counts in my iTunes library.

I like British period pieces and anything that makes me think. I also have a strange affection for exceedingly terrible films, and believe that everyone needs to watch The Room at some point.

As far as books go, how can I possibly narrow it down? I am fond of both Latin and British literature, in particular Early Medieval and Norse texts, Romanticism, and anything from the Irish literary revival... especially James Joyce.
