Being a former sports reporter, I enjoy sports of all kinds, especially baseball and boxing, but football, soccer, and basketball are all up at the top.
My wife enjoys knitting and painting.
We both are avid hikers (taking our yellow lab along with us), moviegoers and foodies. We also love to watch live music and plays.

My favorite book of all time is Blood Meridian. I have a few movies at the top of my list, Black Rain, True Romance, Closer, Memento, Adaptation, Hard Boiled, The Royal Tenenbaums, Seven Samurai, along with many others.
My favorite bands are in no particular order Deftones, Rage Against the Machine, White Zombie, Tool, Sepultura/Soulfly, Will Haven, Primus, all of whom I have seen in concert at least once. I also like electronic music.
My wife likes a wide variety of music. Some of her tops are the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Thelonius Monk, the Dresdend Dolls
