ABOUT ME

I am a Water Aerobics Instructor and full time Massage Therapist. I am married for more than 25 years and very passionate about what I do. I am always looking for better solutions for the body mind and spirit.

I am passionate about all I do. I love what I do and focus on finding better ways to do what I do. I love to help people find solutions to better exercise and better tools for massage and healing.

PHILOSOPHY

you are what you make of life. Live life to your fullest and love what you do. Then it never feels like work. Share you dreams with others and help them to find their dreams. Each day is a work to finding your dreams and your success.

What ever you do, harm none. Make the world a better place. Practice patience, and random acts of kindness.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to find people to stay with when I travel rather than a hotel. I am hoping to find good hosts experience. Our current house is full but we do have a full basement.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First time. Never done but have been reading about how other have been couchsurfing from musicians.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Helping someone who had fibromyalgia, go from being in pain to not accepting that label any longer. To see someone who was in pain in their back and not able to touch their toes, put palms flat to the floor in two sessions (something they have not done in two years). Helping to inspire other to seek their dreams.

Loving the life I have. It is extremely more busy but I could not be happier.
