Currently doing a semester abroad in Glasgow, Scotland! I am here from September till December, so I'm just looking to meet friendly people in a place so far away from home. I'll also be doing a trip around parts of Europe from mid-December onwards.

Okay so about me! I'm a pretty friendly person, and love to try new things and very chill and easy-going basically. I would love to gain as much experience as possible, be it good or bad, because that's what life is really about. To find out as much as possible, and be the best version of yourself you can be with however much knowledge you have. I love different cultures, simply to appreciate them and celebrate differences and similarities (I think it comes from being a sociologist).

Even though currently I can't hang out with anyone in Singapore, once I'm back home, let me know and I'll show you all the cool places to go and be at. I am sorry I can't host anyone because I still live with my parents and we kind of just don't have any room at all. But I definitely would like to hang out, and bring you to all the interesting places (especially for cheap but delicious food) and have good conversations.

I generally would just like to meet people from various walks of life and cultures, and get to know them, and make lasting connections around the world. It would be very nice to stay with people willing to know you, and do some cultural exchange, or even become friends with you.

音乐、电影和书籍

I like all sorts of music really, ranging from indie and folk to jazz and pop. Good music is what it is, there is never really any need to qualify it, but simply listen. Favourite musical acts though would be Anberlin, Bruno Mars, Alvvays, Frank Sinatra, Adele just to name a few.

Favourite Movies, okay, so other than horror movies (which just don't scare me so I find it a bit pointless sometimes) and mindless action flicks, I like all sorts of movies. In particular, I love all the MCU movies, Hobbit and LTR will always be massive favourites as well, and of course any and all Harry Potter related movies.

Favourite Books - all Harry Potter related books. Other than that, I quite like fantasy books such as the Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks, or classic Literature like Frankenstein or Crime & Punishment, and modern Literature like Jack Kerouac's On the Road.

Always looking for opportunities to travel, and seeing the world as much as I can. Discovering friendships even in the remotest of places, and sharing beautiful moments with them and the environment around them.

I can teach you Bengali, and Hindi, and Singlish (i.e. Singaporean English), and always open to learning new languages and cultures. Sharing my experiences traveling in Southeast Asia and about life in general is always fun, just like it is fun to have others share theirs.
