I'm a student of Peking University, majoring in Sociology and Economics.
My research interests include transnational migration, social inequality, networks, and political sociology.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been working with Jacub on a transnational migration research. We are interested in what stops people from going abroad.
We conducted field work in Hengshui, Wenzhou and Northern Fujian two years ago. We had a good time meeting many nice hosts, and a lot of them made great contribution to our research!

Interests

I am a drama actor in PKU Drama Society, a reputable amateur drama society in China. I was the leading actor of "Requiem for a Nun", a William Faulkner novel dramatized by Albert Camus.
I have played table tennis since the age of 10, and I do cycling in my spare time. I was an OP sailor before I left my hometown for college.
