We are frequent (though not at frequent as we'd like) travelers. Both of us served in the Peace Corps in Tanzania for 2+ years. Pete is a Colorado native, and Lesley is a native of Washington.

We're interested in any opportunity to contribute, locally and globally. We love to host any and all types of people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Every couch surfing experience we've had so far has been an interesting, horizon expanding experience.

Interests

We like many outdoor activities including hiking, geocaching, disc golf, paintball. Lesley plays flute in a traditional Irish band.

Music, Movies, and Books

Pete likes many kinds of music, though metal and blues are his favorites. Lesley likes classical and jazz. We both love books on travel. Pete also likes science fiction and military history. We both like adventure movies. Pete's favorite genre is horror, and Lesley's is romantic comedy.

Teach, Learn, Share

We love to cook with and/or for our guests. Many an interesting (and tasty) meal has come from a Couchsurfing visit.
Pete is knowledgeable about PCs and electronics, Lesley is a good resource for recycling and gardening.
Both of us have experience writing grants.
