I consider myself cosmopolitan. I have spent about 17 years of my professional life abroad, living in countries such as United States, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Portugal, Poland or England. I love travelling whenever I have an opportunity. Whenever I am home I have an open house for anyone who likes to visit or stay. Last year I had a Syrian family of seven staying with me for several month. Since January 2016 two young guys from Pakistan and Syria live together with me and more recently we have been joined by Felipe from Michigan USA, who has come as an exchange student for one year and Marcos from Curitiba in Brazil, who is hear for a six month internship. We are now calling our home "international house" 😊

Teach, Learn, Share

In my spare time I provide basic German lessons for refugees when they first arrive to Osnabrueck and try to help them getting settled. I enjoy sharing each others different cultural experiences and to learn preparing ethnic food.
