Music: basically anything with live instruments and talented people playing them (or singin along)
Books: mostly scifi, but i think that there is good reason why classical literature is the classic
Movies: depends on the mood, but definitely poetical pieces and as well those where you have to turn on your brain to get the point

Not as much "done", but it had a big impact on me: Meeting a 70 year old Italian lady who traveled on her own in the middle of Iran was stunning
