Overview
About Me
I’m based in Johannesburg — the energetic heart of South Africa and truly one of the most unique cities in the world.
I’m of Taiwanese heritage and hold dual citizenship 🇹🇼🇿🇦.
A curious explorer at heart, I’m obsessed with learning about different cultures, meeting people from all walks of life, and saying yes to new experiences.
After more than a decade in the corporate world, I took a leap in 2023 and became an entrepreneur. It’s been a daily grind, but I’m loving every bit of the journey.
My interests range from tech and the outdoors to hiking, fitness, and competitive pistol shooting (I also instruct). I enjoy photography, videography (still learning!), great food, and even better conversations.
I braai (BBQ) like a champion — or so my friends insist — and I make what might just be the best coffee in town.
Looking forward to meeting fellow travellers and exchanging stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sandboarding in Namibia.. Three times. That's how much I loved it.
Skydiving in Free State. No tall buildings anywhere so I could see very, very far. Witnessing the earth's curvature while free falling from 10,000FT altitude was a very humbling experience.
River rafting in Zimbabwe by the Victoria Falls. Almost drowned after our raft capsized about 7 times. What an amazing trip!
Backpacked a bit of South America. Decided to learn Spanish after that but still only speak un poquito.
Cutting through rush hour traffic in downtown Lagos, sitting behind a crazy mofo in a small scooter. Almost died the second time. It's amazing how one can find joy in the most unpleasant places when you go with the right mindset.
Explored the Italian Alps. Stayed in a small ski resort town not many people know and had the best time of my life. There's something magical about the mountains, lakes and small European villages.
Tokyo. Everything about the city was just so fascinating for a first time visitor. A pleasant sensory overload and the most amazing people you'll ever encounter.
Had the best night out in Prague pub crawling near the old town. It's not where you are but who you're with that makes the biggest difference.
