About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Doing socially responsible business together with deprived teenagers that inspires others and looks after my own personal balance.

ABOUT ME

My friends would probably say that I am an adventurous, unconventional and ethical type of guy. Looking for fun ways to do good for the world around me. I am sociable, independent and easy going. Love travelling, getting to know other cultures and trying to understand why other people like to do things differently and probably have a good reason to do so!

PHILOSOPHY

When I make big decisions in life my guiding vision is: To do business in a socially responsible way, working with underprivileged teenagers, trying to inspire others while making sure my own life stays balanced. Whenever I am not working on my dream

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The trip I will never forget is the two month cycling trip i made with my girlfriend (since 1996!) from Surinam, via Guyana and Brazil to Caracas in Venezuela. Camping gear on the back of the bike and a two month adventure!
The other trip I will never forget is when I started living in Peru and bought a van to go surfing along the northern coast. I met with some nice local surfers who had no money to travel to the world's longest left about two hours north of their home town. I took them in my car on an epic little surf adventure. In return they fixed some fresh fish from the local fishermen and we shared a great lunch between the surfing sessions!
