I think this facebook entry sums me up .....
Dear Facebook Friends
Many thanks for all my birthday wishes, I've had a great day.
It started off taking my friends grandsons sailing, My buddy Fotis has leant me his car while I am carless, then the insurance company agreed to pay out big bucks on my Audi, then some very nice Vodka shots with my coffee at Ristretto coffee shop, before a very late Egg n Bacon "Lute" (lunch and tea) a quick 4 hour siesta and then a night out which included gate crashing a "girlies do" which had 2 Male strippers, a couple of clubs, some heavy duty dancing and finally a Kebap ..... it is now 5am - just got home and the sun is just coming up.
Now this is what I call - A PROPER Nite out !!!!!

Everyone is entitled to a second childhood - the benefit of the second is that you choose what to do in it.

Some people (who think they know me) say I am a Big Kid - I regard that as a compliment.

Some people (who know me a little better) smile and think I am a Little Crazy - they are not completely wrong.

A few people (who know me well) smile and are happy that I am Happy .....
and trust me friends - I am.

I enjoy meeting new people. If they are interesting so much the better and if we become friends - GREAT.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have "put up" or helped stranded travellers and similarly been helped by some wonderful "strangers" who are now some of my best friends.

Interests

Absolutely anything that is Fun.
If it is dangerous, silly or not the sort of thing that "normal" people would do - then even better.
At the moment I particularly enjoy - Cars, Computers, All sorts of Music, Sailing, Sailing and even more Sailing, Travelling, Cycling, Running/Walking/Rambling, Food, Camping, Winter Sports, Motor Racing, Movies, Dancing.

Movies - Almost anything which has got a reasonable story line, doesn't involve violence or bad language for the sake of it and if it features Cameron Diaz ....... ooooh!

Music - Almost anything, but it has to fit the mood.
I am particularly enjoying M83 at the moment (check out Midnight City and just listen to the lyrics in Steve McQueen ... "I woke up stronger than ever - Nothing can hurt me today")

Books - I feel a bit of a "thicko" when I say "I'm too busy for books" ..... but at the moment - "I'm too busy for books"
