Interests

I love cooking. Cutting vegetables is a kind of meditation to me. I also enjoy reading books, especially the inspiring ones which are based on true stories. Furthermore, I do sports too. Most of the time I go to the gym, but when the weather is nice, I love to hike and swim.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I love music and used to play classical music. Some musicians that are usually on my playlist: Anggun, J. S. Bach, Sting, Stevie Wonder, and Earth Wind and Fire.
Movies: I love watching inspirational and motivating stories. When with friends, I also enjoy watching horror movies.
Books: My Kindle is loaded with inspirational books and software engineering books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I won a national singing competition and some other smaller competitions
I backpacked solo across South France, while trying to learn the language

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been a teacher since I entered university. The most memorable one is my experience teaching Indonesian language to Thai students in Bangkok for 3 months. It was a big challenge to teach people a new language and I was so happy that my students grasped my lessons really well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to entertain people with my cooking and to do cool activities together. If you wish, I can also squeeze your mind on the chessboard. ;)
