ABOUT ME

I was born in early 80's, but I defenitly don't feel myself that 'old'. (Why do people always start with their age, or is it just me? :) )
April 2009, I moved to a place on my own, from my hometown Mechelen to the wonderful city Gent.
I like to talk, to listen, to smile, to feel quiet and out loud, to dance, to drive the car, to feel fresh air, to hear the silence,... and a lot more!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to meet CS'ers who are visiting Belgium. And I love to get in touch with CS'ers when I am visiting another country.

Within Belgium: it is really interesting to meet new people and learn about other places/things. This country it not that big, but there is a lot to learn about :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was living in Spain in 2007, I heared for the first time about Hospitality Club. I hosted some people and was a guest for some others. Wonderful expercience! After that, Couchsurfing came into my live. I was a guest in Italy and France. Again very superb experciences!

More CS experience in 2010: I met couchsurfers in Uruguay and Argentina. Very very wonderful guys and ladies!

And not to forget: the bar meetings in my own city. Very nice!

Interests

Main interest is the bike, for sure. I prefer to visit some new places by bike, as it is much more fun and easier and faster than by foot. I like to travel for some days by bike. I like to hear the radio, or to choose a cd to listen. I can enjoy moments with some good music. I like dancing, chocolate and ice cream :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am very happy I got the chance to go on Erasmus in 2007. Those 5 months made me feel really well. For me, Salamanca and everything I did there, and everyone I met there... it's one great, amazing thing.
