ABOUT ME

I travel a great deal, so far to 52 countries, some of them many times. Sometimes my journeys are quite de luxe, sometimes I sleep on the ground. I love to meet new people and see new things.
And when I am at home I live a quiet life, staying home in my studio mostly and happy to host fellow travelers.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I have mostly hosted people, almost 200 over the last few years. However, I have only surfed myself a couple of times.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

One thing? I once rode in a Zodiac down the Orinoco at sunset, with the sky a dozen shades of orange and red, a flock of parrots flying over my head and a pod of pink river dolphins swimming along side, just out of reach. Pretty magical.
