I'm Petr, I'm 23 and I come from the Czech Republic. While I was living in France I discovered that I love to meet new people from different backgrounds and cultures and that I enjoy speaking in foreign languages.

Due to my stay in France I already have some friends abroad. And upon my return from France I had a goal - to bring the world to me. Fortunately I quickly discovered that it was an impossible goal achieving of which would be slow and painful. And although I managed to meet some interesting people during the last 2 years, it is still not enough. Going abroad and experiencing it on my own is what I desire. My initial goal still stands, so if you want to meet in Ostrava or Olomouc, I'll be more than happy to.

My favourite singer is Jarek Nohavica, a "Czech Leonard Cohen" or a "Czech Jacques Brel" as you wish. But I love to listen to bands like The National, Arcade Fire, The Smiths, The Beatles, Augustines, Imagine Dragons and whenever I hear Simon&Garfunkel I stop what I'm doing and just stay amazed by their singing virtuosity.

My favourite movies are essentially all directed by Wes Anderson and Xavier Dolan, especially The Grand Budapest Hotel and Mommy.

As far as books are concerned, I've read hundreds of them. I love the style of Kazuo Ishiguro - mainly his book "Never Let Me Go". But I've read all main oeuvres from 19th century France, I've read all "Song of Ice and Fire" books and in my mind I plan to read all Ian Fleming's novels, but that's for the future.
