I work as a muscle therapist helping people with muscle pain, stress and anxiety. I love connecting mind and body. Currently studying for a health science degree.

Former passionate wine nerd and bartender. Still passionate but not professionally. I love food, wine and healthy and sustainable living.

I‘m also passionate about conscious living and being connected to the place and the people we live in.
I have been lucky to call the most amazing places home over the years and after being a ‚wandering gypsy‘ for a long time I have lived here in Melbourne for over six years and I’m so happy to call this place home.

I have experienced amazing friendships, hospitality and love sometimes whilst often being a stranger in a new town and I always love giving this love and experience back with whatever I do. This is why I love working in hospitality and this is why I‘m also really happy that I get to work as a healer.

I am a mix of being an extrovert whilst I’m out and about but at home I like to tone it down and create a peaceful space. I love to communicate and connect, have meaningful conversations but I also like to have a good laugh, be silly about random stuff (I don’t think I’ve inherited a German sense of humor ;-) and I know when it’s time to be quiet, too :)
