When I cant travel due to my semester going on (and the lack of some cash), I occupy myself with going quite frequently to concerts. What I love is mostly 70s rock, stoner, psychedelic and also heavy metal from the 80s. My friends and I hang out a lot and share this passion for music and we travel to quite a few places throughout the year to go see bands and hang out at festivals. I love meeting and surrounding myself with people, have good conversations and make as many experiences as is possible for me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Eversince I was once offered the chance to couchsurf when I was in Australia a few years ago, I fell in love with the concept. After staying in quite a few hostels and meeting other travellers, it definitely puts another aspect on a stay. Staying with locals and making actual friends with them and being able to explore their town guided by their knowlegde where to go, what to see and experience is a game changer, as i feel to have gotten to know the place way better and was able connect with it on a completly different level, instead of staying in a hostel and doing the offical tourist stuff.
I've now moved, but in my old flat we were also hosting guests, just to give back all the great times we had as couchsurfers and enable others to experience the same!

Interests

I like to spend my time outside, whether on going on walks, hikes, chilling in parks or going for runs. My main targets during traveling are places that offer some beautiful nature at the moment.
I love having good talks with beers or as a daytime version with coffee.
I am a vegan and quite passionate about vegan cooking (vegeterian when I'm travelling and I dont have much to choose from). I love good and nutritious food and besides that Im also very interested in learning about ethical living and consuming, even though I wouldn't consider myself a perfect example yet.

Music, Movies, and Books

Musicwise Im mostly interested in 80s Heavy Metal and 70s Hard Rock. I also enjoy a long night in techno or goa clubs very much.
Id say Im a bit more open with movies and books, anything that gets me hooked is interesting to me, no matter what genre
