ABOUT ME

Photographer, model, single mom (not traveling with son), 33 years old but don't feel a day over 25, lover of adventure and unique experiences. I'm very ambitious and driven in my photography career, but in my personal life I'm a free spirit.

PHILOSOPHY

I refuse to say YOLO.....but yeah---you only live once! Live life to the fullest and never regret not doing or trying something new.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now (late winter/spring 2014), I'm looking for meetups with anyone from Scandinavia who may be looking for a local to chat with while in Chicago. I'm currently learning Danish and would love to practice! My schedule is quite insane between owning my own business and being a single mom, which is why I have to limit my availability (for the moment!). But I also want to pay it forward for all the wonderful locals I met while in Scandinavia. You made me feel at home while I was traveling and I want to return the favor :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I was a cast member on the Danish TV show "Alt for Danmark", a show about 14 Danish-Americans who come to Denmark to learn more about the country of our ancestors and to compete in culturally relevant challenges. I didn't do well on the show, but I did fall in love with Scandinavia while I was here!
