We've had several surfers at our place, and some even came back for more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing has been a great tool to meet new people and experience new cultures. So far I've only hosted people, but I'm looking forward to surfing this September.

Interests

I love music even though I can't play a single instrument or sing in tune. I also love beer. I like to combine those two loves and go to festivals in the summer.
In recent years I've become a bit of a beer snob after trying some amazing microbreweries, and now I'd rather pay a little extra for craft beer than the typical Norwegian beer most bars have on tap which tastes nothing at all. I'm also a big fan of whisky, there's just something about the feeling of having a campfire in your mouth...
Other interests are photography, cooking and travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

TV: I'm a big fan of TV shows and I watch a lot of different shows. Some of the shows I like are: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Dexter, Arrested Development, Game of Thrones, Homeland and Sherlock.

Movies: I grew up with the original Star Wars trilogy, Kevin Smith and Monty Python movies which probably made me the geek I am today. But I can enjoy any genre of movie as long as it's well written and the cinematography is good.
Oh, and every christmas I watch Die Hard. And drink beer. While watching Die Hard.

Music:
I have an eclectic taste in music and right now I can't seem to put down the new Queens of the Stone Age album.

Book:
I grew up reading Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams. Nowadays I usually just read biographies, and I should probably start reading more fiction again.
