I build Python/Django Natural-Language Processing (NLP) web apps and statistical/neural machine translation (MT) engines for North Slavic languages (especially Russian, Polish, and Lemko).

English is my first and native language – I hail from from near the capital of the United States. Being Polish educated, I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Russian from Jagiellonian University in Cracow.

I’ve traveled the world working as an independent linguist for over a decade while pursuing my interest in computational linguistics.

My hobbies include yoga, pumping iron, and watching nineties sitcoms in Hungarian.
