Phabian Mjarifu is the Assistant Program Coordinator and contact person on the ground for Elective Africa in Arusha - Tanzania. He is in charge of operational logistics from the time of arrival throughout to the departure time, responsible for supervising all the staff on ground and programs participants for the entire period of their stay with us. He also facilitates hospital placement of the students, hospital registration process of students, and introducing them to their respective supervisors for the orientation at the hospital on time to start doing rounds in their different departments of interest. Phabian holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Computing and Information Management from the University of Ndejje, Uganda
