ABOUT ME

I'm a 21 year old student studying IST and SRA at Penn State? IS what? IST is Information Sciences and Technology, basically a hybrid computer/business major. SRA is Security and Risk Analysis.

One of the biggest things I'm involved in on campus is urban gaming, which basically boils down to running around with Nerf blasters and having fun. It's how I've met most of my friends here and it's an awesome time. Our biggest game is Humans vs. Zombies, which has become a global phenomena. I've traveled to Indiana and Maryland to play, and would love the chance to play in another country.

Besides shooting zombies and hanging with my friends, I like to spend a lot of time online, either browsing Reddit or playing around with programing projects.

PHILOSOPHY

"Live in the moment" would be a good quote, I suppose. The trip I'm on now as I'm writing this (May 2011) was planned with a weeks notice. Maybe I'm a bit insane, but it's been an adventure so far!

I like to try and remember to appreciate things that people take for granted. I just think "Look at all this awesome stuff we have. I'm living in the future!" and everything is so much more exciting. Traveling across the Atlantic in a day instead of a month? Gotta love that!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently signed up here, so I haven't really participated yet, but even if it doesn't get me a place to stay, I love the idea of just meeting new people all around the world.

None! New to this site, although I hope to make a lot of use of it!

Traveling of course! Besides that, I'm an IST major at my university (basically a computer/business major hybrid), so I spend a lot of time online, and enjoy working on programing projects/websites and the like. Or just wasting time :P

Besides that, I spend time hanging out with my friends doing whatever, including HvZ and other Nerf blaster games as I mentioned above.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Skiing in the Rockies in Colorado a few years a go was an amazing experience with beautiful sights. It's hard to pick just one thing however. Even though I haven't traveled as much as I want to, all of my experiences are memorable.
