Im a strict non smoker, so smoking in my appartment is not permitted! I have no roomate, I live in a small (35 sqm) but nice&cozy single Appartment in the center of munich in a very hip District. Guests should be able to use a shower also before going to sleep after a long travelling day! I'm a very clean person and Id like my Appartment to stay clean as well. Else im pretty easy going, Open minded for new fun and experiences! Hope to hear from you!
